Jason Rittenberg, Principal of Excel Regional Solutions, brings a wealth of experience in advocacy management and strategic development. With a background in managing policy coalitions and providing technical assistance, he has a proven track record of advancing economic development policies and programs. His previous roles include Vice President at the State Science and Technology Institute and Director of Research and Advisory Services at the Council of Development Finance Agencies.
